01Introduction

Welcome to Buddy ("Platform", "Service"), a product of Plaxonic IT Services. By accessing or using Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for or uses Buddy.
• "Content" refers to text, images, calendars, and other material generated through the Platform.
• "Organization" refers to a workspace created within Buddy to manage brands and content.

03Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

04Use of Service

Buddy provides AI-powered content generation, image creation, content calendar planning, and brand management tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You shall not:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform.
• Exceed your subscription plan limits or abuse the AI generation features.
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

05Subscription & Payments

Buddy offers subscription-based plans with varying usage limits. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

06AI-Generated Content

Content generated through Buddy is created using AI models. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

07Intellectual Property

Content you create using Buddy belongs to you. However, the Platform, its design, technology, branding, and underlying software remain the intellectual property of Plaxonic IT Services. You may not claim ownership of the Platform itself.

08Data & Privacy

Your use of Buddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

09Service Availability

We aim to keep Buddy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond our control.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaxonic IT Services and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buddy. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a reasonable period as per our data retention policy.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
